宮崎に来て1ヶ月経過しました。
先週の土曜日には宮崎県内の社会科見学をしてきました。
まずは道の駅高岡ビタミン館へ
It has been a month since I came to Miyazaki.
Last Saturday, I went on a field trip within Miyazaki Prefecture. First, I visited the Takaoka Vitamin Station roadside rest area.

パスタえのきなる商品を発見！ こんなに長いえのきを見たのは初めてでした✨ 材料にしたらどうなるのだろう🤔好奇心を刺激されました
I checked out the mushroom section.👀 The selection was just as good as Nagano’s!I discovered a product called “Pasta Enoki.” It was my first time seeing such long enoki mushrooms!✨ I was curious about what they would be like as ingredients

Next, I visited “Nice Place,” a repurposed closed school, MUKASA Coffee & Roaster. It was a wonderful space combining a café and a coworking space.Then, I toured Kato Enoki’s factory!The office was stylish.✨🌿

えのきの生産される過程を知ることができました🙌廃棄されている副産物も見せていただき、未利用のきのこ資源利用を考える上で非常に参考になりました！
I learned about the enoki production process and saw by-products that are usually discarded. It was very informative for considering the utilization of unutilized mushroom resources!
最後に訪れたのが、体験型シェア工房ツクレタさん！https://www.tsukureta.com/
ものづくり体験のワークショップを開催したり、工房スペースをレンタルしたりできます🛠
ここがまた素敵プレイスでした❤️
Finally, I visited the experiential shared workshop Tsukureta! You can host workshops for making things or rent workshop space.🛠It was another wonderful place.❤️The wooden interior was very cozy.🌳

このように、宮崎の色々な場所を見学してモクモクと妄想が広がりました
実はわたくし、大学で研究者として働きつつも、地方創生やバイオエコノミー促進に貢献したいと思っております。そこで広がった妄想がこちら
By visiting various places in Miyazaki, my imagination was sparked and expanded.Actually, while working as a researcher at the university, I also want to contribute to regional revitalization and promoting the bioeconomy. Here is the imagination map that spread out from there:
地域の未利用資源を活用したバイオベース材料の研究開発拠点（インキュベーション施設）のようなものを作りたいなという妄想マップでございます🌿
-I dream of creating a research and development hub (incubation facility) for bio-based materials using unutilized regional resources.
ラボ兼工房のようなところと製品販売が合体したようなもので、イベントスペースもあって、地域の老若男女が材料開発にジョインできるような場所🏚製品は個人的な趣味で文房具（主にノート）を作りたいです。
It would be like a lab combined with a workshop and a product sales area, with an event space where people of all ages in the community can join in material development.🏚For personal hobby reasons, I would like to create stationery products (mainly notebooks).
ちゃっかりサイエンスとアートをコラボさせようとしています。
I am trying to combine science and art in a sneaky way.
いつか実現したいです🫶🍀
