今回は宮崎での素敵な休日のお話です。
先日、母が宮崎に来たので、少し遅い母の日イベント？として手もみ茶体験に行ってきました！
開催場所は宮崎県新富町のサロンドテもりもっちゃさん
This time, I’ll share a story about a lovely holiday in Miyazaki.Recently, my mother visited Miyazaki, so we went to a hand-rolled tea experience as a slightly late Mother’s Day event! The event took place at Salon de Thé Morimocha in Shintomi Town, Miyazaki Prefecture
まずは、茶畑のお散歩♪自家製冷茶をワイングラスでいただきました。お天気が良く気持ちの良い日でした。
First, we took a walk around the tea fields and enjoyed homemade iced tea in a wine glass. It was a beautiful day and very pleasant.
続いて茶摘み体験
美味しいランチをいただきました。こちらでは、お茶をワイングラスでいただくのです。
Next, we experienced tea picking. We had a delicious lunch where tea was also served in a wine glass.
少し休憩したらレッツ手揉み！
After a little rest, it was time for hand-rolling!
まずは蒸して酵素の働きを停止させます
First, the leaves are steamed to stop the enzyme activity.
蒸したてホヤホヤのお茶の葉
Freshly steamed tea leaves.
揉む→加熱→乾かす→揉む の繰り返し
The process is repeated: rolling → heating → drying → rolling.In reality, it takes more time, but we did a simplified version.
本来はもっと時間をかけてやるそうで、今回は簡易バージョン
だんだんしなしなになって､､､
Gradually, the leaves became soft and tea-like!
お茶ぽくなりました！

摘み方や、もみ加減で個性が出て面白かったです🙂
五感で楽しむワークショップは楽しいですね🫶🌿
