その第一歩となる プレオープンキャンパス が、2025年9月20日（土）に長野県千曲市「あんずホール」で開催されます。
このイベントで、私は模擬授業（30分程度を予定）を依頼されております。
授業テーマは「食品・発酵学の魅力」です。一般的でありながら専門外の方にはあまり知られていない学術的な内容を中心に据え、長野の発酵文化や食に関する事例を交えながら、日本の発酵文化の奥深さと食の魅力を幅広く紹介する予定です。
また、私自身が進めている研究の中から、発酵に関連する実際の事例も取り上げ、研究者の視点から「食と農学のつながり」を体感していただけるような内容にしたいと思っています。
入退場自由・予約不要ですので、ご家族やご友人とお気軽にご参加ください。

Announcement of a Mock Lecture
The Faculty of Agriculture at Seisen University, scheduled to open in April 2027 in Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture (with two new campuses under construction), will take its first step forward with a Pre-Open Campus event on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Anzu Hall in Chikuma City.
At this event, I will be giving a mock lecture (about 30 minutes).
The theme will be “The Fascination of Food and Fermentation Science.”
I plan to introduce the depth of Japan’s fermentation culture and the appeal of food, focusing on academic content that is general yet not widely known outside the field, while also sharing examples from Nagano’s rich food traditions.
In addition, I will present some actual cases from my own research related to fermentation, so that participants can experience the connection between food and agricultural science from a researcher’s perspective.
Admission is free, no reservations required, and you are welcome to join with family or friends.
